Dear proprietors of the Mukambi Safari Lodge- our family were pleased to be your guests during the week of August 24-26 and I am forwarding a few pictures I took during our stay. The pictures of the children were taken when we walked into their village and the baby is the newest citizen, Natasha. We had an unbelievable family time shared at your lodge, and I will remember it as one of the highlights of my life. My 27 year old niece said that the night of the river cruise topped off what she considered to be one of the best days of her life.

Abbiamo trascorso giorni stupendi in vostra compagnia, molto cordiale e professionale, grazie!!! Magnifico lo staff (Gilbert, Israel, ecc), incantevoli ed accoglienti il lodge ed il campo tendato, molto interessenti le escursioni proposte da voi (game drive, walking safari, cruise boat, fisching). Assolutamente da consigliare!!!

We spend one wunderfull week at the lodge and the bush camp. The accommodation (family villa) is very spacious and is beautiful situated at the river bank.
Our stay at the bushcamp was back to basics but still comfortable and from every tent you have spectacular views over the plains.
The staff both at the lodge and at the bush camp were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious.
If we go back to Zambia we surely will stay at Mukambi again.

When you drive away from Busanga Plains Camp you are starting to make plans for your return. A magic place on an island with a fig tree. The real Africa. Spacious tents - open bathroom with a bucket shower! Your own private veranda, lechwe grazing in front and lions walking past. The staff are lovely - a credit to the management. The plains and the camp have a special place in our hearts.

we spent 3 unique days at mukambi - have done great game drives, boat-cruise and enjoyed some very tastefull dinners - mukambi is very nice situated along the river and we would certainly recommend it if you're looking to visit kafue np.
